Fenchel-Sprossen entfalten ein fein süßlich-anisiges Aroma, das frisch, elegant und angenehm mild wirkt. Die zarten Keimlinge bringen eine besondere Kräuternote in die Küche und machen viele Gerichte aromatisch abwechslungsreich.
Geschmack & Optik: Süßlich-anisig mit feiner Kräuterwürze. Die hellgrünen, filigranen Triebe wirken leicht, frisch und besonders appetitlich.
Verwendung: Hervorragend für Salate, Gemüsegerichte, Fisch, Geflügel, Dips und frische Aufstriche. Auch zu Kartoffeln, Brot, Käse und mediterranen Gerichten eine spannende Ergänzung.
Anbau: Fenchel lässt sich gut im Keimglas oder auf dem Sieb ziehen. Die Samen keimen zuverlässig und liefern nach wenigen Tagen aromatische Sprossen.

- Microbiological Testing: Our suppliers test each batch to ensure that no seed-borne pathogens such as fungi, bacteria, and viruses are present.
- Standard Testing: A standardized test is carried out as a first step.
- Adjustment of Growing Medium: Depending on the variety and the results of the first test, the procedure is repeated on a different growing medium.
- Additional Testing: Special varieties undergo a third test, which includes specific conditions such as the use of heating mats.
